Task 1 Swot Analysis
For our first task in college, our teacher Tom asked us to write a SWOT analysis of ourselves. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but as I started working on it, I realized how beneficial it was. It helped me identify my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. By doing this, I was able to see what areas I need to work on and what opportunities I should take advantage of. Overall, it was an exercise that helped me gain a better understanding of myself and how I can improve.

As a college student, I recently conducted a SWOT analysis of myself, which has been an incredibly enlightening experience. This analysis has helped me identify my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which will be invaluable in my future job search. By highlighting my strengths, I can better market myself to potential employers and stand out from other candidates. Additionally, by identifying my weaknesses, I can work on improving and become a more well-rounded candidate. Furthermore, this analysis will also be useful when working within a company. By understanding my strengths and weaknesses, I can better understand my role within the team and how I can contribute to the team's success. For example, if I know that one of my strengths is communication, I can take on tasks that involve communicating with clients or team members. On the other hand, if I know that one of my weaknesses is time management, I can work on improving my time management skills and seek help from my team members when needed. Overall, conducting a SWOT analysis has given me a better understanding of myself and how I can succeed in the future. It has also taught me the importance of self-reflection and continuous improvement, which are essential skills in any job or career. I am grateful for this experience and look forward to applying what I have learned in my future endeavors.
Task 1 Self Analysis

Task 2 self promotinal materials
During my time in college, I had the opportunity to work with a tutor named Tom who provided me with invaluable guidance and support as I prepared to enter the game design industry. One of the most important tasks he assigned me was to create promotional material that would help me stand out to potential employers. To start, I crafted a personal statement that highlighted my skills, experience, and passion for game design. I wanted to make sure that my statement was both engaging and informative, so I spent a lot of time researching and writing I felt that it truly represented who I was as a designer. Next, I created a CV that showcased my education and work history. I made sure to include all of my relevant experience, including any internships or freelance work that I had done in the past. I also made sure to highlight any skills or certifications that I had acquired that would be relevant to the game design industry. To really stand out, I decided to build a Wix portfolio website that would display my best work and provide more information about me. I spent a lot of time designing and building the site, making sure that it was both visually appealing and easy to navigate. I included samples of my work, as well as information about my education, experience, and skills. Finally, I put together a showreel that demonstrated my abilities and gave potential employers a taste of what I could bring to the table. I included clips from some of my best projects, as well as commentary on my design process and philosophy. Overall, this process was incredibly helpful in preparing me for my job search. By creating these promotional materials, I was able to present myself in the best possible light and increase my chances of landing my dream job. I am grateful to Tom for his guidance and support throughout this process, and I am excited to see where my career in game design will take me.
